The 7th China International Import Expo (CIIE), themed “New Era, Shared Future,” kicked off in Shanghai on November 5. This year, nearly 3,500 exhibitors from over 150 countries, regions, and international organizations participated, surpassing the previous edition in both geographic reach and corporate attendance, with several metrics reaching record highs.

C&D has been a CIIE participant for seven consecutive years, using the expo’s strong "magnetic pull" to forge new friendships and reconnect with old ones. The event provided a platform for C&D to discuss development strategies with numerous Fortune Global 500 companies and industry leaders.

Under the witness of Xiamen city leaders, core subsidiary C&D Inc. (600153.SH), signed strategic cooperation agreements with several globally renowned enterprises to accelerate the expansion of its industry “network” and “ecosystem.” C&D Inc., along with its controlled subsidiary Red Star Macalline Group Corporation Limited, has signed a strategic cooperation agreement with H World Group Limited to engage in deep collaboration in areas such as supply chain services and commercial project resource coordination.

In addition, during the sub-forum “A Shared Silver Economy: New Opportunities in An Aging Society” at the 7th Hongqiao International Economic Forum, co-hosted by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, and the United Nations Population Fund, C&D ITS, an investment enterprise under C&D Group, signed a “Travel and Residence Cooperation Intent Agreement” with BOC Life. In the future, they will provide high-quality wellness travel experiences for BOC Life customers through a comprehensive wellness travel service ecosystem.
